Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA/UK, or the minimum digital consent age in your country) to use Zimo. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for keeping your password confidential. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, impersonate, or defraud other users.
• Send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or scams through chats, broadcasts, or Zimo Mail.
• Upload content that is illegal, hateful, sexually exploitative, or infringes others' rights.
• Attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer, or overload the service.
• Use Zimo to violate any applicable law or regulation.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.

You keep ownership of the messages, voice notes, attachments, broadcasts, tasks, and other content you create in Zimo. You grant us a limited license to host, transmit, process (including through AI features you invoke), display, and back up that content solely so we can operate the service for you and the recipients you choose. You are responsible for the content you send.

Zimo's AI features (rewrite, translate, transcribe, summarize, task extraction, and reply suggestions) generate output from the input you provide. Output can be inaccurate or reflect biases in the underlying models. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before sending it.

Core Zimo features are free for individuals. We may introduce paid plans, add-on capacity, or usage limits. If we do, the pricing and terms will be shown to you before you subscribe. Fees for paid plans are non-refundable except where required by law.

Zimo relies on third-party providers for hosting, database, authentication, storage, email delivery, and AI processing. Their availability affects ours. We are not responsible for third-party websites or content you link to from Zimo.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if we are required to do so by law, or if we discontinue the service. Upon deletion, your profile and content are removed as described in the Privacy Policy.

Zimo is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zimo and its providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD $50.

You agree to defend and indemnify Zimo against claims arising from your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email before they take effect. Continued use of Zimo after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at Zimo's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be handled in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless local consumer law grants you the right to bring a claim in your country of residence.
